Materials of Construction include high temperature and corrosion resistant copper alloys, titanium monel, stainless steels, high nickel and copper alloys, hastelloy, and many others.

Features

Shell & tube heat exchangers are available in horizontal and vertical tube designs. Optional welded tube-to-tube sheet construction provides enhanced strength and superior sealing qualities. "U" tube designs are stress relieved at the bend area. Standard shell sizes range from 3" to 40" O.D. and up to 40' in length.

Welded tube-to-tube sheet construction option provides enhanced strength and superior seals. Experienced engineers working with advanced CAD programs are a major resource in developing cost-effective designs for proprietary processes.

DHT heat exchangers are manufactured to the most demanding standards including 3A, ASME, TEMA and API. DHT can design and duplicate any manufacturer's heat exchangers including OEM, obsolete, hard-to-find, or specially-engineered units.

DHT's shell and tube heat exchangers be found in many industries. Tube configurations are engineered for greater efficiency, capacity and longevity. DHT manufactures and stocks direct replacement units for many OEM designs such as Joy, Elliot, and Ingersol Rand's XLE and PL12 series intercoolers and aftercoolers.
